exists for specialist medical or other health practitioners to rent newly appointed rooms within the new practice. The consulting space
would suit physicians, surgeons, psychiatrists, psychologists or other health practitioners. A fully electronic medical record system
is provided and a full database extract of the practitioners' practice can be provided on request. The rooms can be configured as consulting
and dedicated waiting, two consulting rooms or consulting with assisting allied health. Very competitive rates with a generous initial rent
free period and free marketing will be available. Dedicated signage,reception and telephone numbers are included with telephones answered in the
practitioner's name
A minor operations theatre is on site including sterilizing facilities
Options for rental include
- Rental of bare space with telephony, internet and computer provided and practitioner providing reception staff
- Rental of space with reception and billing only
- Rental of space with full service including typing, scanning of correspondence, health fund billing and telephone enquiries answered
between consulting times
